Pete Lau Talk About Future OnePlus 2.0, OxygenOS 12, Integrated OS, And Camera Experience
Pete Lau, Chief product officer of OPPO and founder of OnePlus, shared an article in which he talked about the future strategy. Pete Lau said that with the OnePlus and OPPO, OnePlus has already entered the OnePlus 2.0 phase. He believes that OnePlus is now a more committed technology brand to continue bringing top-quality technology to users around the globe.

With the codebase merging, OxygenOS 12 build quality we see the improvement, and also the software updates are more timely. To provide a better software experience and timely updates, Oppo and OnePlus decided to merge the OxygenOS and ColorOS teams to plan the future software experience together. In terms of the plan for OnePlus devices, OnePlus will first introduce the merged OS with the launch of the next flagship OnePlus series in 2022.
